  4. Prepare the Pecan Topping: In a separate bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, brown sugar, 3 eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the chopped pecans.
  5. Add the Topping: Pour the pecan mixture evenly over the baked brownies, spreading it gently to cover the entire surface.
  6. Finish Baking: Return to the oven and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the pecan topping is set.
  7. Cool and Cut: Allow the brownie bites to cool in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment paper. Cut into small squares and serve.
