  • 1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and blackberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Blackberries: In a blender, puree the fresh blackberries until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds, pressing down to extract as much juice as possible.
  2. Make the Lemonade: In a pitcher, combine the blackberry juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  3. Add Water: Pour in the cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar or water if necessary.
  4. Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the blackberry lemonade over the ice, and garnish with lemon slices and whole blackberries. Enjoy your refreshing drink chilled!
