Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Sea salt for garnishing (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
  2. Bake the Crust: Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool slightly.
